Call for protest on Friday July 13th/ 22 Tir - 6 PM - Engelab Square - Tehran

CLICK HERE for Persian news report.
Also July 9th which marked the student uprising at Tehran University was marked this year although with lower numbers due to the overwhelming presence of the occupational regime's suppressive forces - those who had gathered outside the university gates were swiftly arrested by the Islamic Republic's security forces and transferred to prisons where they will be tortured and interrogated and if not killed be forced to confess to some untrue charges that the Islamic Republic will charge them with.

On the recent police brutality in Iran...
As we all watched the horrific pictures and video-clips of the terrorist Islamic Republic's security forces beating up innocent Iranian youth under the pretext of them being "criminals and troublemakers" I think it was pretty clear from the beginning that not all of these people were what the Islamist regime wanted us to believe - now this is being confirmed with the case of Pourya and Pouya Fazlollahi; two distinguished and respected young Iranian sportsmen whose crimes were not being "rapists, criminals, or troublemakers", as was the official charge of the occupational Islamic Republic, but for exercising their inherent human rights of freedom of speech and expression which are both suppressed in Iran. Both brothers had been caught spreading flyers of Iranian King de jure Cyrus Reza Pahlavi, son of HIM Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, who has been living in exile since the Islamists took over the country in 1979 leading to the brutal treatment which they received.
Fellow blogger and Iranian activist Potkin Azarmehr has been involved in securing Pourya's escape from Iran whilst the whereabouts of his arrested brother Pouya is still unknown. Please read Potkin's entry on this by CLICKING HERE.
Meanwhile the main-stream-media continues to echo the Islamic Republic's fraudulent charges put on prisoner's of conscience, political prisoners, and any dissenter in general who poses a threat to the illegal rule of the Islamist regime - CLICK HERE.

Ancient remains being wiped out by the Sivand Dam
As the occupational Islamic Republic continues to pump more water for their Sivand Dam, Iranian cultural heritage sites are slowly being destroyed in what has become an infamous campaign to exterminate all traces of pre-Islamic cultural and historical sites.
For a documented photo-essay of the destruction and some of the sites by a private person please CLICK HERE.

Occupational Islamic Republic set to destroy yet another Iranian cultural heritage site
More news about the occupational Islamic Republic's campaign to destroy Iranian cultural heritage sites is being reported by the respected CAIS institute (Circle of Ancient Iranian Studies). The tomb of the great Iranian nationalist - Pirooz Nahavandi - is set to be destroyed after a request by Arabs from the "International Union for Muslim Scholars"! Pirooz Nahavandi is the person who was enslaved under the Arab occupation of Persia and who witnessed the destruction that the Arabo-Muslims were bringing upon his country and people. Pirooz bravely sacrificed his life as he put to death the second Arab Caliph (Umar Al-Khattab) in 645 AD. "Abu Lolo" is the Arabic name given to this Iranian freedom fighter whose actual name was Pirooz Nahavandi.
The occupational Islamic Republic has given order for the destruction of this great Iranian historical figures shrine which has led to a large crowd of Iranians, who are aware of their cultural/historical heritage and who are not brainwashed, gathering outside the governor's office in Kashan to protest this systematic destruction of Iranian cultural heritage by the Islamic Republic which has been carried out ever since its inception - this is nothing but cultural genocide which has been a policy of the occupational Islamic Republic since day one with the intention to impose a non-Iranian/anti-Iranian Islamic history/culture in its place.

Oil rationing by occupational Islamic Republic causes civil unrest

The occupational Islamic Republic's introduction of oil rationing for one of the world's largest oil-producing states, which noteworthy due to its incompetency does not have refining capabilities to meet demand in turn having to import gasoline, has caused deadly civil unrest across the nation leaving at least three people dead. The Islamist tyrants sent their security forces to quell the unrest which resulted in further intensification of acts of rebellion with the torching of tens of gas stations & destruction of banks by masses of enraged people. Thousands across Iran chanted slogans against the Islamist dictatorship.

Mahasti 1946-2007
Iranian pop star Mahasti, the younger sister of another profilic singer Hayedeh passed away yesterday after battling cancer for four years. She was a very acclaimed and loved Iranian singer. Both sisters were monarchists and staunch opponents of the Islamic Republic occupying Iran - they suffered greatly living away from their motherland and their songs centered around the pain of living in exile.
May she rest in peace.
In the below video you can see another staunch Iranian nationalist, Fereydoun Farokhzad, alongside Mahasti:
Thanks to Arvin for having posted this beautiful video. A longer version of the above clip can be found HERE.
