Reza Shah the Great
This is a clip from a propaganda film produced by the Islamic Republic aimed to appeal to religious sentiment - but little does the Islamist regime seem to know that most Iranian society today either harbour a hatred for Islam, are anti-religion or apathetic at best to religious issues! This clip shows Reza Shah the Great beating a muslim cleric who did not allow a female member of the Royal family to enter a mosque without a veil - Reza Shah was renown for his iron-fist against the backward muslim clergy who he rightly had identified as one of the key factors keeping Iran from modernizing and fulfilling its full potential as a nation.
