Protest Action Against Mr Siamak Zand's Employers CBS News/ Sky News

To all freedom-loving and Iranian people: please copy the protest letter, modify it/personalize it if needed and send it off to the CBS News and Sky News.

If you can additionally maybe even mail it and/or even contact them by phone it would be even better.

Sign the letter with your name, your homepage, your organization, your blog... or a combination.

I would really appreciate your assistance in this endeavor; it will only take AT MOST a few minutes of your time. A few minutes to show this shameless man, Siamak Zand, that we will not sit idle when mouthpieces of the Islamic Republic abuse their positions with international news stations, or maybe even worse - international news stations abusing their power in deceiving their public! We need EVERYONE to send this protest letter not one or two people.

I've gathered all the information you need to know regarding this issue in one thread on this forum:

http://www.iranpoliticsclub.net/club/viewtopic.php?p=5507#5507

(You'll find the updated letter in the first entry of the thread with the contact details a bit further down)

You do not need to sign-up to view it. If you want to comment and contribute to the thread however, I do believe you'll need to sign up.

If you have any further comments do not hesitate to contact me either through comments on the blog or via email. Any feedback from CBS News and Sky News will be posted on the blog when received - unless they specify otherwise.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT & GOOD LUCK!

END POST

Dear Sayeh,

The link is working for me... could you try again? What does it tell you when you click on the link?

Is anybody else having problems accessing the link I have in this entry?

Hey Ryan,

After searching those links I finally found one link which might be Mrs Zand-Bonazzi's and have sent of an email to it.

Thanks for the link.

The link works for me. You should post this also at Roxie's website and explain why you're doing it. She gets a lot of hits on her website. We need to educate Americans and try to rally their support by visiting their websites instead of preaching to the choir in the iranian blogsphere.

Her website:

Read Roxie's eloqent response over at the Iraniantruth.com to Omid's post.

I don't like Mrs. Banafsheh Bonazzi, but she has lots of contacts in the media.

This is a message for "serendip" Yes, I know what "sar an dip" means as per your earlier post here :

Serendip, I know you say you are new to your blog. You are able to post photos and posts and 'selective' comments. Do publish all your comments.

I do like your blog as I indicated in two comments, but was never published. Many more, from outside, my dear would visit your blog if you were more forthcoming.

Aryamehr, I am trying to understand what lead up to the events, and determine who the party may be. Is this the same Banafsheh Bonazzi as that of Iran Press News?

Personal note
Since your father and I share the same name and proffesion(I am the CBS News and Sky News representative in Iran) and are often mistaken for each other,I am interested to know what his present status is.Thank you.
Siamak Zand

Share the same name
Share the name profession

Often get confused.

Dear Roxie,

Mr Siamak Zand is the Tehran producer of CBS News and Sky News. He appeared on a Voice of America (VOA) Persian service roundtable in which he made outrageous allegations and lies which I've mentioned in the link you can find in this entry.

This prompted me to take some kind of action against his employers hence the drafting of this letter with the help of fellow compatriots.

Banafsheh is not part of this letter. I just contacted her personally to see if she would be interested in assisting in any way
